Construction Administration, Inspection Services and Quality Assurance services

The City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, is seeking a contractor to provide construction administration, inspection services, and quality assurance services. The agency needs these services to manage construction projects, ensure material quality, and oversee project schedules and budgets. The selected provider will help the agency resolve construction challenges, analyze delay claims, and coordinate utility relocations.
