Construction Management as Constructor Services

The Cook County government authority in Illinois is seeking construction management as constructor services to assist with a new facility project. The agency needs a partner to advise and collaborate with the selected architect/engineer and construction management teams throughout the entire life of the project. The primary goal is to optimize the functional, technical, and operational objectives of the county for the new facility. The scope of work requires facilitating a project initiation and team building session to outline goals, responsibilities, and working relationships. The selected provider will collaborate in an advisory role during both the design and construction phases, acting on behalf of the county. Additional duties include participating in progress meetings and reviewing all progress submissions from the design and construction teams. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is accepting digital proposal submissions via email or online, and the budget will be determined based on the received proposals. The contract period will span one year, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
