Construction Material Testing and Special Inspections Services

The authority requires these services to support facilities that deliver behavioral health urgent care, which includes assessment, stabilization, treatment, and aftercare planning for patients aged four and older. The project also supports facility-based crisis services for adults requiring longer-term treatment. The scope of work covers special inspections for soils, earthworks, stormwater control systems, and foundations. The selected vendor must also perform inspections on structural steel, masonry, firestopping, roofing systems, and smoke control systems. All contracted work will be performed offsite.
