Curriculum Enriching Activities Service

The Milwaukee Board of School Directors is seeking providers to deliver curriculum enriching activities to students during or after the school day. The agency requires in-person services covering a wide range of themes, topics, and formats, such as science education, race and ethnicity workshops, arts education, and writing workshops. All proposed activities must feature a clear instructional or skill-building component aligned to academic, cultural, or career exploration outcomes. The agency excludes activities that are primarily recreational, therapeutic, or mentoring-focused, as well as any activities lacking a defined instructional component. Bidders must specify their target student population, such as specific genders or grade levels, if the programming is not universal. The scope of work also requires bidders to detail the typical format of their services and the range of customization they can provide. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. Although the instruction is delivered in person to students in Milwaukee, the agency classifies the performance of the work as offsite.
