Criminal Justice and Family Matters Training Services

The Connecticut government authority is seeking a vendor to provide high-quality criminal justice and family matters training services. The agency needs to enhance the professional knowledge, skills, and well-being of participants who work with justice-involved youth and adults, as well as those working in family criminal and civil matters. This initiative aims to educate participants in developing effective management strategies to support the agency's workforce. The scope of work covers six key areas, including core training, organizational and workforce development, and employee-related, safety, and employee relations training. The selected vendor must also deliver training in supervisory, leadership, and executive management development, as well as technical, fiscal, and operational support. Additionally, the agency requires training services focused on strategic and organizational planning. Most classes will take place in-person during normal business hours from Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at a designated location. Despite the in-person class delivery, the agency indicates that the overall performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
