Hillcrest Drive Sidewalk Replacement Project Service

The City of Montrose, Colorado, is seeking a contractor to construct new improvements along Hillcrest Drive, including concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, retaining walls, fencing, and asphalt patching. The existing sidewalk is an older, drive-over style that is essentially impassable in most reaches. To solve this accessibility issue, the project requires widening the sidewalk towards the west by reclaiming existing rights of way and resetting conflicting improvements.
