Professional Engineering Design Services

The City of Coachella, California, is seeking professional engineering design services to support a local public works project. The agency requires a qualified engineering firm to coordinate with environmental consultants, perform surveying and geotechnical services, and develop a comprehensive Basis of Design Report. Additionally, the selected partner will produce final design plans and specifications, provide permitting support, and deliver optional public outreach and communication services. The scope of work also extends beyond the design phase to include bidding phase support and engineering services during construction.
