The McAllen, Texas government authority is seeking a vendor to enter into a lease and operation agreement to install, maintain, service, and operate automated teller machine (ATM) equipment. The agency is trying to solve the convenience needs of its employees, patrons, and other authorized users by providing reliable ATM services. The project covers a contract period of three years, with the performance of the work occurring offsite. The requested scope of work requires a comprehensive operations, maintenance, and service plan. This plan must include a preventive maintenance program, specified response times for service calls, cash replenishment procedures, and guaranteed ATM uptime. The agency requires the ATMs to support, at a minimum, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and to offer transaction interfaces in both English and Spanish language formats. Additionally, the vendor must provide customer service and dispute resolution processes, robust reporting capabilities, modern ATM functionality, and full accessibility compliance.
