Ancillary Benefits Service

The City of Kyle, Texas, is seeking a vendor to administer its ancillary benefits program. The selected provider will manage the administration of the city's dental, vision, life and accidental death and dismemberment, voluntary life and accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services. Bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or through an online submission portal. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 25, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
