Pay Card Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive payroll card services and employee reimbursements for its domestic workforce. The selected provider will manage a bi-weekly pay cycle consisting of twenty-six pay periods per year for one hundred percent domestic employees. Funding for these cards will occur via direct deposit files or platform-based reloads. The scope of work requires the provider to handle program marketing, enrollment, and card distribution discretion. The chosen vendor must also manage card embossing and encoding, account administration for funding or tracking, paper or electronic statements, card replacement, and customer support. Performance of all requested services will take place entirely offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept response submissions digitally via email or online.
