Investment Consultant Services

The Connecticut Green Bank in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking investment consultant services to advise on matters related to transaction structuring, underwriting, and asset management. The agency requires assistance with developing new financing products and improving existing ones through financial modeling, deal documentation, disbursement processes, and risk management. Additionally, the selected consultant will perform economic and financial analysis of clean energy programs and provide research and financial support to inform program design and execution. The scope of work includes managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing the reporting, evaluation, and redesign of existing programs. The consultant must monitor and report on the achievement of milestones and budgets for existing projects. The agency also requires the consultant to serve as a liaison to financing program applicants and project participants, including agency partners, investors, developers, government entities, bond trustees, bond investors, and regulatory agencies. The selected partner will participate in the evaluation of requests for financial partnerships and perform due diligence to identify, assess, and help mitigate credit, financial, operational, and project-specific risks. This due diligence includes reviewing transaction documents, third-party reports, project budgets, schedules, and other applicable materials. The agency is issuing a contract period of one year for these services. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
