RFI for Virtual Training Simulator Police Services

The Metropolitan Council in Saint Paul, Minnesota is seeking information on a mobile-ready virtual training simulator for police services. This technology will allow the agency to conduct modern, simulated scenario training for law enforcement personnel. The requested system must run on a Windows Professional operating platform, specifically Windows 10 or newer, and include training software that receives updates for the life of the system. The agency requires the computer system to support data encryption to ensure information security. For the visual display, the projection system must deliver a resolution of 1920 x 1080 or better and a brightness of at least 2800 lumens.
