This initiative aims to solve the problem of limited access to high-quality, actionable educational research and peer networking opportunities for district staff. The scope of work covers several distinct deliverables, including unlimited access to detailed strategy and best practice research studies with implementation roadmaps. The vendor must provide a dedicated online research database containing all research and archived materials completed for postsecondary institutions. The agency also requires unlimited executive briefings for broad distribution to key leadership constituencies. Interactive components of the scope include an annual superintendent roundtable consisting of two half-day sessions to discuss major research findings. The vendor must also host a one-day district leadership summit for networking and reviewing hot topics, alongside an annual webinar series open to all employees. Additionally, the agency requires customized private webinars and unlimited, sequential on-demand research projects on topics of interest.
