The selected vendor must also support the worker's compensation safety and administration program, risk management efforts, and the overall workers compensation process. Additionally, the vendor will participate in committee meetings convened as needed to review safety awareness progress, general claims activity, and workers compensation programs to make recommendations for improvement. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to occur either onsite or offsite.
