Water Loss Audit and Non-Revenue Water Evaluation Service

The City of Canton, Ohio, is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive system-wide Water Loss Audit with Data Validation and provide recommendations for managing non-revenue water. The agency is trying to identify, track, and mitigate water loss within its system by utilizing industry best practices and free water audit software. The selected firm will help the agency understand its historical data and establish a clear path forward for water loss control. The scope of work covers project management, investigation, analytical study, evaluation, and project coordination. The project requires the vendor to execute three distinct phases consisting of planning and data collection, review and analysis, and the delivery of a final report and recommendations. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be USA-based organizations regularly engaged in water loss control tracking and mitigation programs. The agency requires a partner that can provide a comprehensive set of resources and skill sets to ensure a successful project. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 25, 2026.
