The service provider must establish a twenty-four-hour emergency telephone contact number for tenant repair requests. Tenant screening duties require conducting credit applications, income and employment verifications, personal and business reference checks, public eviction record checks, and virtual or in-person interviews. Property oversight requires quarterly inspections, which must include management plans and maintenance recommendations. Additionally, the contractor must conduct at least two interior and exterior inspections per year and deliver written reports detailing major deficiencies with accompanying photographs. The agency is issuing this contract for a performance period of one year. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The contractor will perform the required work offsite.
