Delinquent Property Taxes and Municipal Court Debts Collection Service

The City of Arlington, Texas is seeking professional collection services for delinquent property taxes, municipal court debts, and accounts receivables. The agency aims to constantly improve the collection of these outstanding debts and secure other collection legal services as requested by contract administrators. The selected vendor must maintain the highest professional standards throughout the execution of these services. The scope of work covers the collection of municipal court receivables and property taxes that become delinquent on or after February 1 but not later than May 1 of a year, and that remain delinquent on July 1 of the year in which they become delinquent. Performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency requires these collection services to be provided at no cost to the city. Compensation for the successful proposers consists of the additional collection percentage increment allowed by law. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
