Architectural Design Services

The Utah-based government authority is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive architectural design services for a variety of specialized educational and technical spaces. The agency needs to design engineering and prototype development areas that support assembly, material processing, and hands-on project work involving light fabrication, dust-producing operations, ventilation, and small equipment. Additionally, the project covers digital design and media production spaces, including sound booths, podcast and video production environments, and photo and digital media studios. The scope also encompasses the design of business and entrepreneurship instructional spaces, health and bioscience instructional environments, and agriculture-related instructional lab environments. The selected vendor must design spaces for education and teaching preparation programs, hands-on repair or garage-style instructional areas, and an innovation lab supporting computing, electronics development, prototyping, and applied technology. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted onsite. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 24, 2026.
