Comprehensive Concrete Solution

The City of Fayetteville, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive concrete solution to address its infrastructure needs. The agency requires a contractor to handle concrete installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance to ensure safe, functional, and ADA-compliant pathways and structures. The selected provider will solve issues related to deteriorated concrete, trip hazards, and structural settlement throughout the municipality. The scope of work covers the construction of sidewalks, pedestrian pathways, ADA-compliant ramps, driveways, parking lots, concrete slabs, curb and gutter systems, and specified retaining walls. For these installations, the contractor must perform forming, grading, pouring, finishing, curing, and reinforcement installation using rebar or wire mesh. Repair and replacement tasks include saw-cutting, removing, and disposing of damaged concrete, as well as patching, resurfacing, leveling, crack routing and sealing, and full-depth replacement of deteriorated sections. Maintenance duties under this contract involve inspection and condition assessment of concrete infrastructure, pressure washing, and the application of sealants and protective coatings to extend service life. The agency also requires additional services such as traffic control, pedestrian safety measures, site preparation, subgrade compaction, and coordination with City staff. The contractor must also remain available to provide emergency or expedited repair services when requested. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Although the scope involves physical infrastructure in Georgia, the agency specifies that the performance of the work will be offsite, requiring the vendor to carry out work in their own office location.
