Design Services

The government authority located in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive design services. The agency requires a wide range of professional services to support its upcoming project, including program verification, architecture, interior design, and integrated design assist program coordination. The selected vendor will also handle geotechnical investigations and reports verification, civil engineering, wind engineering studies for laboratory exhaust, and utility design and coordination. The scope of work further covers surveying services, which must include subsurface utility engineering and property replat. Additionally, the agency requires landscape design, structural engineering, mechanical and plumbing engineering, electrical engineering and lighting design, and fire alarm design.
