High-Impact Tutoring Service

The District of Columbia Public Schools and participating regional education authorities are seeking High-Impact Tutoring Service Providers to accelerate academic performance and improve student well-being. The purchasing agencies require partners to catalyze high-impact tutoring and strategic talent models to serve thousands of students while enhancing flexible staffing systems in schools. The project aims to co-design a public education system that serves and empowers all children through equity, impact, partnership, possibility, and grace. The scope of work covers math high-impact tutoring services for kindergarten through twelfth grade in Washington, DC. For literacy high-impact tutoring services, the project covers kindergarten through eighth grade across Alexandria City, Virginia, Arlington, Virginia, Fairfax County, Virginia, and Baltimore, Maryland. The selected providers must perform all tutoring services onsite at the designated school locations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The purchasing agencies are accepting digital proposal submissions sent via email or through their online portal. The agencies have not disclosed a set budget and are currently looking for cost proposals to evaluate.
