Behavioural Health Interim Housing Placement Service

The Solano County government authority in Fairfield, California is seeking provider agencies to operate an interim housing program serving vulnerable populations with behavioral health needs. The agency requires a partner to deliver these services using a housing-first, recovery-oriented, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of placing and supporting vulnerable individuals in stable, temporary environments while addressing their mental health and behavioral challenges. The scope of work covers rapid intake, eligibility screening, individualized service planning, and low-barrier access and engagement. Selected providers must deliver onsite and telehealth-enabled services, maintain specialty mental health services capacity, and collaborate closely on behavioral health support.
