Early Intervention Program Service

The Mariposa County government authority is seeking a vendor to provide community-based, family-centered early intervention services. The agency intends to prevent mental illnesses and substance use disorders from becoming severe and disabling while reducing disparities in behavioral health. To achieve this, the agency requires outreach strategies designed to engage, encourage, educate, train, and teach methods for recognizing and responding to early signs of these disorders. The scope of work covers outreach and engagement strategies targeting older adults, caregivers, victims of elder abuse, individuals who live alone, and isolated or lonely older adults. The selected vendor must also provide youth outreach, youth engagement, and early treatment services and supports for mental health and substance use disorders. Additionally, the project requires a childhood trauma early intervention program and the implementation of evidence-based practices. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 19, 2026.
