Medicaid Administrative Claiming Support Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide technical, administrative, and operational support for its Medicaid administrative claiming program. The selected vendor must operate and maintain a federally compliant Random Moment Sampling (RMS) system and support claim development and calculation activities. This secure, web-based solution must allow RMS administration, reporting, claim calculation, documentation, and ongoing program management without requiring software installation on state-owned devices. The scope of work requires the vendor to review and document the methodology used to develop quarterly Medicaid Administrative Claims. The vendor must calculate these quarterly claims using approved methodologies and cost allocation procedures. Additionally, the project covers providing training and technical assistance to participating agencies, as well as developing statewide and agency-specific reports that summarize RMS participation, coding results, response rates, and claiming outcomes. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will run for two years.
