Benefits Spending Accounts and Continuation Coverage Administration Services

The Town of Flower Mound is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive administration services for its benefits spending accounts and continuation coverage. The selected partner will manage the administration and assume fiduciary responsibilities for the Town's Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, and COBRA plans. The agency requires these services to ensure compliant, efficient, and seamless management of these employee benefit programs. The scope of work covers all administrative tasks and fiduciary duties associated with the designated plans. Performance of the contract will take place entirely offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
