Architectural Design Services

The Utah government authority is seeking architectural design services to develop a variety of specialized instructional and development spaces. The agency requires design solutions for engineering and prototype development areas that support assembly, material processing, and hands-on project work involving light fabrication, dust-producing operations, ventilation, and small equipment. Additionally, the project covers digital design and media production spaces, including sound booths, podcast and video production environments, and photo and digital media studios. The scope of work also encompasses instructional environments for business and entrepreneurship, health and bioscience, agriculture, and education or teaching preparation programs. The agency needs designs for hands-on repair, fabrication, or garage-style instructional spaces, as well as an innovation lab to support computing, electronics development, prototyping, and applied technology projects. The contract period will span one year, and all performance of the work must take place onsite. Bidders must operate onshore within the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget and cost structure for the project.
