Fairgrounds Friendly Ville Improvements Service

The Lewis County government authority in Centralia, Washington is seeking a vendor to perform fairgrounds Friendly Ville improvements. The agency requires the installation of silt fences, inlet protection, and other best management practices to maintain access and restore disturbed areas. The selected vendor must verify the location and depth of all utilities prior to beginning any physical work on the site. The scope of demolition and utility preparation work includes removing and salvaging existing luminaires for county storage, as well as removing specific fencing sections and water valve components. The vendor must relocate the existing electrical panel outside of the paving limits and perform all excavation, trenching, utility exposure, and backfilling required to prepare the site for county-installed electrical conduit and wiring. For drainage and stormwater management, the agency requires the installation of a two-foot-wide conveyance drain with perforated pipe and drain rock, a Contech StormFilter catch basin, an observation well, cleanouts, and a forty-foot by fourteen-foot by five-foot infiltration gallery lined with geotextile and drain rock. Grading requirements involve performing minor grade adjustments to maintain sheet flow and support surface improvements. The vendor must compact subgrade and rock sections to ninety-five percent Proctor and provide official compaction reports to the agency. The contract period will run for one year, and all performance of the work must take place onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026.
