The Seminole County government authority located in Sanford, Florida is seeking a contractor to provide complete home reconstruction services on a client-owned property. The agency needs to solve the problem of replacing an existing residential structure with a newly constructed single-family home. The scope of work requires the contractor to entirely demolish the existing residential structure and any auxiliary structures, including flat concrete slabs, broken city sidewalks, existing septic tanks or drain fields, supporting concrete piers, foundation remnants, and fences. The selected contractor must perform all work onsite and manage the construction of the new single-family home from site preparation to completion. This work covers conducting surveys with appropriate spot grades, proposed grades, and final grades. The contractor must also recognize and remediate all safety hazards in and around the home during construction activities. The project scope includes addressing site-specific conditions such as trees, fences, wells, or outbuildings. The agency requires the contractor to provide fill for the house pad, fill inside the form or stem wall, and proper grading of the lot, as well as all fill associated with a mound septic system if required. Only onshore organizations from the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 22, 2026. The agency requires all questions regarding this opportunity to be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
