Water Loss Audit and Non-Revenue Water Evaluation Service

The Canton, Ohio government authority is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive system-wide Water Loss Audit with Data Validation and provide recommendations for managing non-revenue water. The agency is trying to identify, track, and mitigate water loss by utilizing industry best practices and free water audit software. This project aims to establish a clear understanding of system-wide water loss through a structured evaluation of historical data and operational practices. The scope of work covers project management, investigation, analytical study, evaluation, and project coordination. The selected vendor must execute the project across three distinct phases, which include planning and data collection, review and analysis, and the delivery of a final report and recommendations. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be United States organizations regularly engaged in water loss control tracking and mitigation programs. The agency requires bidders to possess a comprehensive set of resources and skill sets necessary to complete the project successfully. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 25, 2026.
