Administrative duties include conducting credit applications, verifying income and employment, checking personal and business references, searching public records for past evictions, and conducting virtual or in-person interviews with prospective tenants. Property maintenance oversight involves conducting quarterly inspections of the properties to develop management plans and maintenance recommendations. The provider must also perform a minimum of two comprehensive exterior and interior inspections annually, delivering written reports of major deficiencies accompanied by photographic evidence. Additional operational tasks include determining and verifying tenant insurance requirements and re-keying locks for new tenants as necessary. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency permits the selected contractor to perform the management work offsite.
