Competitive Contracting Service

The Lakewood, New Jersey government authority is seeking a vendor to provide competitive contracting services focused on professional development and parental involvement activities. The agency needs to support non-public school teachers and parents of students in Kindergarten through grade 12. The goal is to actively involve parents in their child's education, including decision-making and advisory committees, while recognizing their integral role in student learning. The scope of work requires professional development activities for non-public school teachers on how to better serve Title I participants. This training must focus on research-based English Language Arts, Mathematics Instruction, Foreign Language, and Social and Emotional Learning. Additionally, the agency requires training for school personnel, specialized instructional support staff, and community members in drug and violence prevention, including early identification, intervention mentoring, recovery support, and rehabilitation referral. The selected vendor must also assist in developing high-quality language instruction educational programs for limited English proficient children. The contract period will span three years, and performance of the work can occur either onsite or offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
