Expanded Learning Supplemental Enrichment Providers Service

The Sacramento City Unified School District in Sacramento, California, is seeking comprehensive expanded learning supplemental enrichment programs for elementary, middle, and high school students during the 2026–2027 school year. The district needs engaging, high-quality enrichment opportunities that extend learning beyond the regular school day and support student development through hands-on, interactive experiences. These programs must align with the district’s strategic goals and Expanded Learning Opportunity Program requirements. The scope of work covers STEM, robotics, coding, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, visual and performing arts, theater, digital media, career exploration, leadership development, makerspaces, academic enrichment, and other innovative educational opportunities. Providers must manage recruiting and enrolling youth, tracking attendance, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with parents and guardians. The performance of all contracted work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The district is looking for cost proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026.
