Laboratory Testing Service

The City of Dallas, Texas, is seeking an outside laboratory to perform analytical testing services on various compliance samples. The agency needs testing conducted on drinking water, solid and biosolid materials, domestic wastewater, and industrial wastewater. The selected provider must perform these analyses using Environmental Protection Agency methods and standard methods for the examination of water and wastewater. The agency requires all testing to be performed offsite by a laboratory accredited under the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services.
