Laboratory Testing Service

The City of Dallas, Texas, is seeking an outside laboratory to perform analytical testing services on various compliance samples. The agency needs to solve the problem of analyzing drinking water, solid and biosolid, domestic wastewater, and industrial wastewater samples to ensure regulatory compliance. The scope of work requires the selected laboratory to perform analytical methods approved by the Environmental Protection Agency and standard methods for the examination of water and wastewater. Bidders must hold accreditation from a National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program to be eligible for this contract. The agency restricts eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The selected vendor must perform all laboratory testing services offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026.
