Construction Manager at Risk Services

The City of Sparks, Nevada, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide construction manager at risk services for an upcoming municipal project. The agency requires a partner to introduce and integrate specialized building techniques, materials, and architectural features that are budget-conscious, functional, maintainable for long-term use, and capable of creating a sense of place within the city. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of aligning project stakeholders while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective design and construction delivery. The scope of work covers comprehensive organization and personnel management, daily coordination, and structured interaction with the project team. The selected partner must implement methods, procedures, or process flow charts to manage preconstruction services, risk resolution, and general project management. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore, United States-based organizations. The selected vendor must perform all contract work onsite in Sparks, Nevada. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is currently looking for proposals to establish pricing structures. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 16, 2026, to discuss the project requirements. Bidders must submit all clarification questions no later than June 23, 2026.
