Third-Party Administration Services of Family Medical Leave Act

Dallas County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive third-party administration services for the Family and Medical Leave Act, non-FMLA leaves, administrative leave, and fitness for duty administration. The county requires a solution to manage intake, claim administration, intermittent leave, recertifications, tracking, and return-to-work processes. The selected contractor must also provide Dallas County Human Resource staff with direct access to data for tracking leaves and have the capability to administer workability or independent medical evaluations. Bidders must be onshore United States organizations with at least five continuous years of experience implementing and administering these specific leave and disability services. Eligible respondents must also possess and maintain a valid Third-Party Administration license. The county is structuring this opportunity as a five-year contract, and the selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The county is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Interested parties must attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 23, 2026.
