Third Party Administrator Services

The issuing agency is seeking a third party administrator to provide claims adjusting services for workers' compensation and employers' liability. The agency needs a partner to prepare, maintain, and file all required records and reports for local, state, and federal legal authorities, as well as excess insurers. The selected provider will also manage payroll and premium audits, establish claim and loss files subject to agency review, and conduct necessary professional investigations. The scope of work requires the administrator to receive and examine employee injury claims on behalf of the agency. The provider must also prepare and maintain the files necessary for litigation, legal defense of claims, and subrogation actions. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested parties.
