The City of Pasadena, Texas, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive moving and relocation services for a one-year contract period. The agency needs to relocate office furniture, desktop computer workstations, peripherals, file cabinets, records management systems, laboratory supplies, boxes, and general office or classroom equipment. The selected contractor must perform all work onsite and provide all necessary supervision, personnel, equipment, vehicles, supplies, and packing materials. The scope of work requires the capability to coordinate and transport specialty or high-value items on a case-by-case basis. These specialty assets include grand pianos, safes, oversized equipment, laboratory equipment requiring specialized handling, audiovisual equipment, and gym or fitness equipment. Additionally, the agency requires services for the disassembly and reassembly of cased goods, furniture, and the installation of modular systems furniture and metal shelving. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 23, 2026.
