Charter Bus Service

The Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking multiple qualified suppliers to provide charter bus services for both intrastate and interstate travel. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of transporting students and staff for local excursions requiring standby wait time, as well as nonlocal trips exceeding one day. End-users within the district will determine service utilization after the contract award based on vehicle availability, cost, and the quality of past performance. The scope of work covers the provision of charter bus transportation with departure and destination points designated by individual schools or departments in charter confirmations. Drivers and vehicles must support local trips with standby time and multi-day nonlocal travel. All operations and performance of the work must occur onsite within the United States. Bidders must be onshore entities based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency will evaluate proposals based on cost, vehicle availability, and the quality of past service. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to establish pricing.
