Collaborative Care Services for Perinatal Mental Health

The Albany, New York government authority is seeking a vendor to provide collaborative care services for perinatal mental health. The agency aims to enhance behavioral health capacity in primary care by integrating a Psychiatric Consultant and a Behavioral Health Care Manager into the care team. This initiative addresses the need for specialized behavioral health training, brief evidence-based behavioral health treatment, and support for medication management. The scope of work requires the delivery of patient-centered, treatment-to-target care utilizing regular symptom monitoring tools. The selected provider must communicate patient status to the physical health provider and conduct regular reviews with the psychiatric consultant to inform treatment modifications.
