Fiduciary Consultant Service

The Cherokee Nation in Tahlequah, Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide fiduciary consultant services for its retirement plans. The agency requires an advisor to act as a fiduciary, review and recommend investments, and monitor investment performance. The selected consultant will also review retirement plans, negotiate plan expenses and fees with vendors, and manage vendor proposals. The scope of work includes providing prompt responses to questions from agency staff and assisting with vendor inquiries when appropriate. The consultant must review future retirement-related proposals and contracts, offering recommendations to the agency. Additionally, the vendor will advise and support the retirement committee on investment selection and performance. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency expects the performance of all contracted work to occur offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
