The government authority in Edmonton, Alberta is seeking a construction manager to provide construction management services. The agency needs to maintain continuous facility operations throughout the construction and commissioning phases. The selected partner must plan, coordinate, and execute all decant activities, which includes managing all work associated with vacating the existing IT workspace and relocating office staff to their newly renovated space. The project scope covers receiving contaminated medical devices that require reprocessing, including scope reprocessing. The agency has provided a preliminary construction phasing plan within the design development report to guide the execution of the work. All performance of the work must occur onsite at the Edmonton facility. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
