West Campus Master Plan Services

The City of Rochester Hills, Michigan, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive West Campus master plan services for its Department of Public Services garage. The agency needs to develop a long-range vision and implementation framework to guide the future development of this municipal site. To solve this planning challenge, the project requires expertise in campus master planning, engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, operations planning, and space design. The scope of work covers a full inventory and needs assessment of existing West Campus structures, including the legacy garage. The selected partner must also perform critical infrastructure planning to identify the optimal site placement for a new fuel storage tank and fuel pump system. Additionally, the agency requires site reorganization scenarios to determine the best locations for a new material storage structure and a new hook-lift storage building. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place onsite in Rochester Hills. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
