Student Support Contracted Services

The Tacoma School District in Tacoma, Washington requires student support contracted services to assist with special education needs on an as-needed basis. The agency is seeking qualified vendors to provide special education and related aids, maintain detailed therapy logs, and submit these logs alongside invoices. The selected provider must also attend meetings, submit individual student reports, and assist with or complete individual evaluation plans and progress reports. The scope of work covers consulting with school staff, completing evaluations and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) on the IEP online system, and assisting staff with equipment orders. The agency requires the provider to establish collaborative relationships on school campuses and manage Medicaid billing for each assigned student. Performance of all contracted work must take place onsite at the agency locations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period of three years.
