Third Party Administrator Services

The issuing agency is seeking a third party administrator to manage workers' compensation and employers' liability claims adjusting services. The agency requires a partner to establish, maintain, and file all necessary records and reports for state, local, and federal legal authorities, as well as excess insurers. The selected partner must also prepare and file payroll and premium audits, and establish individual claim and loss files that remain open to agency review and audit. The scope of work covers receiving and examining employee injury claims, conducting investigations based on professional judgment, and preparing files required for legal defense, litigation, and subrogation actions. All performance of the contract work must occur offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 2, 2026.
