The Clark County Wetlands Park, a government authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking professional design services to enhance public access to its natural areas. The agency needs to provide safe, controlled access to these areas without degrading habitat or water resources, while also enhancing avian observation opportunities and minimizing disturbance. The project requires a flood-resilient and environmentally compatible design that integrates seamlessly with existing trail systems. The selected contractor must deliver a complete range of services to produce fully permitted, bid-ready construction documents. The scope of work covers an existing conditions and site assessment, including topographic and boundary surveys, hydrologic and geomorphic mapping, utility identification, and site constraints mapping. Additionally, the project requires geotechnical engineering, subsurface investigations, and foundation recommendations for an observation tower, boardwalks, and trails. The agency also requires conceptual designs with multiple alternatives for trail alignments, bird loop systems, and a tower capable of accommodating fifteen to twenty-five people. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to fund a contract period of one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 22, 2026.
