Fee Accounting Services

The Tallahassee Housing Authority in Florida is seeking an expert vendor to provide comprehensive fee accounting services for a one-year contract period. The agency needs to maintain its general ledgers consistent with established protocols and requires timely, accurate postings. Additionally, the selected vendor must review and advise on the agency's internal control system within its accounting functions. The scope of work requires the vendor to perform all services offsite, including downloading bank statements, recording interest and fees, and recording P-card transactions. The agency expects the vendor to update the cash summary spreadsheet, calculate asset management fees, and transfer cash. To assist with agency planning, the vendor must advise the executive director and the board on the financial implications of management proposals. The agency requires the preparation of closing statements and documents for all programs prior to the regulatory deadline following the June 30 fiscal year-end. The vendor must also prepare monthly financial statements, which includes analyzing variances. Eligible bidders must be onshore, USA-based organizations, and they must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 6, 2026.
