Equity Index Investment Management Services

The New York-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide equity index investment management services. The agency needs to secure investment products and services that encompass capitalization-weighted indexes, smart beta or alternatively weighted indexes, and other index portfolios. These portfolios may include, but are not limited to, those based on Environmental, Social, and Governance factors and carbon limits. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to perform all investment management services offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 25, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted investment management capabilities and index product offerings.
