The City of Pasadena, Texas, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive moving and relocation services for a one-year contract period. The agency needs to relocate office furniture, desktop computer workstations and peripherals, file cabinets and records management systems, laboratory supplies and equipment, boxes, and general office or classroom effects. The selected contractor must provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, vehicles, supplies, and packing materials necessary to perform these services onsite. The scope of work includes the disassembly and reassembly of cased goods and furniture, as well as the installation of modular systems furniture and metal shelving. The agency also requires the capability to coordinate and transport specialty or high-value items on a case-by-case basis. These specialty assets include grand pianos, safes, oversized equipment, laboratory equipment requiring specialized handling, audiovisual equipment, and gym or fitness equipment. Eligible bidders must perform all work onshore within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 23, 2026.
