Charter Bus Service

The Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking multiple qualified suppliers to provide charter bus services supporting both intrastate and interstate travel. The District needs to solve the logistical challenge of transporting students and staff for local excursions requiring standby wait time, as well as nonlocal trips exceeding one day. End-users within the schools and departments will designate the specific departure and destination points in individual charter confirmations. The scope of work covers both local trips with standby time and nonlocal trips lasting more than one day. End-users will decide which contracted suppliers to utilize based on vehicle availability, cost, and the quality of past service. The resulting contract will remain in effect for a period of one year. Bidders must be located onshore within the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of all transportation and standby services must occur onsite. The District has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested suppliers. The District will evaluate proposals based on factors that include cost, vehicle availability, and the quality of past service. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 25, 2026.
